Cancellations and rescheduling can be done through your online portal. A fee of 50% of your office visit will be charged for missed appointments or those not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your respect for our time and will extend the same consideration to yours.

    • Payment: We are a cash-only based clinic and take payment through credit or debit card. Insurance does not cover naturopathic medicine in the state of Colorado. Additionally, the insurance model isn’t designed to cover the longer, more in-depth visits needed for our individualized healthcare.

    • New Patients: Please fill out all new patient paperwork at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit, which allows us to give you the best care possible. If the intake is not complete we will reschedule your visit. Please bring all current supplements, medications, and any lab results from the past year to your first appointment, and upload them to your patient portal beforehand.

    • Please Note: Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) are trained as primary care providers but are not currently licensed as primary care physicians in the state of Colorado, due to current legislation. We encourage all patients to maintain a relationship with a licensed primary care physician, as there may be times when prescription medications outside our scope are needed. NDs are not currently permitted to prescribe pharmaceuticals; however, we are trained in pharmacology and can collaborate with your prescribing provider regarding medication management.

    • Communicating with your doctor can be done through your patient portal (which is secure and HIPAA compliant). We are here to answer questions about your treatment plan or about additional concerns/symptoms that may arise. However, in order to respect our time we allow for 2 free messages after your appointment through the patient portal. If you have 3 or more questions, you may book a 30 minute phone or virtual follow-up to discuss your concerns.

    • If you have longer, more in-depth questions and wish to discuss them over the messaging portal, you will be charged for the time it takes to answer your questions based on our appointment rates. Thank you for you understanding.
