WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT

Your first visit will include a comprehensive 90-minute health intake where we review of your current concerns, health goals, medical history, records, and all medications and supplements. We will determine if any additional lab testing is recommended and begin outlining your personalized treatment plan.

Naturopathic treatment includes the use of diet and nutrient therapy, herbal medicine, homeopathy, mind-body medicine, and lifestyle medicine. Naturopathic Doctors in Colorado are not currently permitted to prescribe pharmaceuticals; however, we are trained in pharmacology and can collaborate with your prescribing provider regarding medication management.

    Schedule your new patient appointment in person or virtually, and complete your new patient intake forms at least 48 hours before your visit

    Comprehensive Health Intake

    During your 90-minute appointment, we review your health history, current concerns, and health goals to thoroughly understand your unique needs.

    Labs & Personalized Plan

    We may recommend functional or conventional labs and, together with you, create a customized treatment plan to target your health goals.

    Ongoing Support & Adjustment

    We track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and support your body’s healing process over time.

Established Patients

Follow-up visits focus on reviewing lab results, assessing progress and making adjustments to your treatment plan, and addressing any challenges or obstacles. After your initial visit, we typically recommend a follow-up in 3–6 weeks, with additional follow-ups ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months, depending on your needs. Follow-up appointments can be booked by signing into your patient portal and clicking “Request Appointment.”
